Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.

Price and billing

Pro is ₹99 per month, billed monthly in advance by UPI Autopay through Razorpay.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your UPI app (pause or revoke the LedgerLookout Autopay mandate) or by emailing pratik.phodu@gmail.com. Cancelling stops the next debit. Pro features continue until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for partial months. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate debit, or a debit after you cancelled — email pratik.phodu@gmail.com with the payment date and UPI reference. We reply within 2 working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
